A $22 million plan for restaurants, bowling lanes and a 12-screen movie theater in Jupiter’s Abacoa — with an IMAX — is up for final approval at Tuesday’s 7 p.m. council meeting.

“(The entertainment center) will bring back the live/work/play idea of Abacoa. It will be the anchor tenant downtown Abacoa needs,” said Scott Hedge, the project manager.
