Repairs coming soon to Jupiter Inlet fence downed by Hurricane Matthew

A section of fence on the the north side of the Jupiter Inlet damaged by the strong winds and waves from Hurricane Matthew is expected to be mended by the end of next week.

The estimated cost of repairing the about 40-foot-long section, on the Jupiter Inlet Colony side of the Inlet, is about $3,600.

The work will be done by West Palm Beach-based Murray Logan Construction, said Jupiter Inlet District Chairman George Gentile.
