History talk planned Saturday at Riverbend Park near Jupiter

Ray Swanson, an 89-year-old Jupiter resident, plans to talk about Florida and Jupiter history Saturday, Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. at Riverbend/Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park.

The event is free and open to the public.

The Palm Beach County park is located at 9060 Indiantown Road, on the south side of Indiantown Road, about a mile west of Florida’s Turnpike.

Walking tours of battlefield sites and the park will be available after the talk.
