Tennis extraordinaire and Palm Beach Gardens resident Serena Williams has graced the cover of the Wall Street Journal’s July/August magazine.

Sports columnist Jason Gay talked with Williams at her home here about everything from what she would do if she wasn’t a celebrity to her cameo as a dancer for the Beyoncé hit “Sorry.” Read his story, “The Incomparable Serena Williams,” here.

Richters on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach outfitted Williams with jewels she’s wearing in the photo spread that accompanies the story. Williams and sister Venus both attended fashion school, and Serena Williams plays an active role in her own fashion line that sells on the Home Shopping Network, according to the Journal story.

Williams also appeared on the cover of Glamour magazine’s July issue.

“Serena,” a documentary about her life, dropped June 22 on Epix.
