Another parcel up for development on A1A in Jupiter?

The parcel across A1A from the proposed love Street development in Jupiter is for sale for $4.4 million.

“One of a kind waterfront development site on A1A in Jupiter,” CLEARED, LEVELED AND READY” reads the ad.

The property, zoned for commercial and marina, is in unincorporated Palm Beach County.

The property is listed under the ownership of J &T Capital U.S. ll in  Ruidoso, New Mexico, according to Palm Beach County records.

The south side of the property was the site of the Pa-Ja Hotel, which has been demolished.

The now-vacant Henley Marine building is on the northern side of the property, which is on the Loxahatchee River.

Charles Modica, owner of the Love Street property, is scheduled to go before the Jupiter town council June 7 for final approval to build an outdoor marketplace on his property, located on the other side of A1A.
