It’s so hot, Santa swapped his sleigh for a fire truck to deliver presents to children in Lake Park.

Santa, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies and a long-time Police Athletic League volunteer teamed up to bring more than 1,000 toys and stuffed animals to kids in need. The 15-year volunteer, Seth Poignant, built a specialty fire truck to entertain children, according to PBSO.

Poignant gives his time each year at Christmas.

The Sweets Foundation and Lake Park PetSmart donated the toys this year, according to the sheriff’s office.
